Eating Out Without Any Doubt

Assalamualaikum and hello!

Btw, have you guys watch the video about the food court at The Mines and Subway?

In Malaysia, only JAKIM and religious councils are allowed to issue halal logo.

The point that I'm trying to highlight this time is the important of finding halal food especially when you're travelling or dining out. Allah mentioned in Al-Quran; in Surah Al-Baqarah verse number 168 (as below)

Translation : O Mankind, eat from whatever is on earth (that is) lawful and good and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed he is to you a clear enemy.

In a Hadith the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) said: “A body nourished on Haram sustenance (rizq) will not enter paradise.” (Sunan al-Tirmidhi)

He (Allah bless him & give him peace) mentioned a man having journeyed far, is dishevelled and dusty and who spreads out his hands to the sky (saying): O Lord! O Lord! - While his food is Haram, his drink is Haram, his clothing is Haram, and his nourishment is Haram, so how can his dua be answered! (Sahih Muslim)

Our food, or nutrition, is like the seed of plants. The type of food one takes nourishes good or satanic tendencies in a person. If the seed is satanic, then the body acquires evil tendencies. If a Haram morsel goes down the throat, then the control over the body will come into the hands of Satan. Till the time that morsel remains in the body, Satan too will occupy it. -Source http://www.al-islam.org/istiadha/8.htm

If one eats something not knowing that it is haraam, then one will not be sinning. However, if one does not investigate and carelessly eats thing without investigating, than a certain extent of blame doe lie upon the shoulds of the individual. -Source  http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/showthread.php?6773-ANSWERED-Eating-haram-food-unknowingly

So, I'd like to share with you some websites which can be used to check whether the hotels, restaurants, and premises that you wish to go or to work for or maybe products that you consume have the halal certificates or not.

JM Bariani House

Location : Prima Seri Gombak, Selangor (beside Seera Fried Chicken)

                                             Credit to JM Bariani

This restaurant has 19 outlets and Prima Seri Gombak is one of them. The HOTTEST menu here is Bariani Kambing. Even I didn't get the chance to taste them -____-''

For me, the prices are so-la-la but to be honest they're quite experience compared to the normal mamak's bariani. The nasi itself (the bariani rice) is not so oily or what should i explain this.. Ha, the aroma of the bariani in JM Bariani House is not as strong as the typical one. They use less minyak sapi, i guess. So, their bariani might be healthier *optimist review :)

                                            great dinner of mine :D

But I don't recommend you to try their Ayam Berempah. The chicken is less than quarter and the price was RM 9.20 :O But the Daging Bariani  was superb! Better go for that! Plus, you can have your Tutti-Frutti-moment after that coz there is a Tutti Fruitti shop few steps from there :p

                                                            :p

Click here for more informations (price, location, and etc) about JM Bariani House :) Bye!
